Users who apply Windows XP security update KB925902 which was released Apr 4/07 may receive the following error when they try to start CADSIM Plus v2.4 (or earlier versions):
Microsoft Bulletin: "This problem may occur after you install security update KB925902 (MS07-017) and security update KB928843 (MS07-008). The Hhctrl.ocx file that is included in security update 928843 and the User32.dll file that is included in security update 925902 have conflicting base addresses. This problem occurs if the program loads the Hhctrl.ocx file before it loads the User32.dll file."
Microsoft Hotfix: There is a Microsoft Hotfix for this problem.
CADSIM Plus v2.4 Update: We have also completed an update for v2.4 of the CADSIM Plus program that should eliminate this Microsoft issue. You can download v2.4.34 from our download page (this is for customers using v2.4 only). Customers using earlier versions of CADSIM Plus (v2.3 or earlier) must download and install the Microsoft Hotfix.
