1. Is customized "Just-in-Time" training available?
Just-in-time training is a specialty of ours. Emphasis is placed on tailoring the material covered in our courses to address specific process problems provided by you. We provide hands-on modeling training. We find that project-oriented training provides a more relevant learning experience.
Aurel provides a variety of training options to suite your needs. We offer self-paced tutorial exercises to get you started. We offer web-based training by a live instructor that allows you to focus on specific areas of interest. We also offer comprehensive on-site training courses.
Web-based training can be done on an ad-hoc basis. It is best suited for one-on-one - one student working with a live instructor. It is available on an hourly basis and allows you to explore your specific modeling questions. Call and book your course in advance and then simply log on to the Webtrain interface at the appointed time. Webtrain allows you both the instructor and the student view and interact each other's CADSIM Plus software via a standard high-speed Internet connection. Voice communication is available via IP or telephone.
On-site training courses are usually three days in length. On-site training allows more people to participate, and since our training fees are the same whether one, two, three or four students attend, you get better value for your training dollars. You can feel completely at ease, knowing that you are collaborating with fellow employees, training while working on the project at hand -- and you are keeping your proprietary information safely at your site.
Web-based training really embraces the philosophy of just-in-time and just-enough learning. Get the information you need now to finish the job and don't waste time covering material that you are already familiar with.
